Restorative Yoga Teacher Training 1: The Essential Practice

A 33 hour programme for Teachers, Trainees, Professionals/Experienced Practitioners held over 2 weekends with Anna Ashby and Chris Swain.
This unique teacher training focuses on the practice, art and teaching of Restorative Yoga. It provides a solid foundation for being able to teach this style of yoga and includes: immersive practice, how to set-up/adapt postures, lecture + dialogue clarifying the purpose and nature
of the practice, how to sequence and language instruction, and create sanctuary. The training explores basic stress physiology, its impact on health and how Restorative Yoga postures and environment can support nervous system health.

RESTORATIVE YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
September 25-27th & October 9-11th. On booking you are entering into a contract with us. Should you fail to participate in all or any part of this training we have no obligation to refund any amount paid unless you have cancelled in writing within the 60 day notice period. You may cancel your booking for this training up to 60 days before the start of the training. Any monies returned to you will be subject to a £50 administration charge. If you cancel outside of this period, we are not obliged to offer you a refund. However, if we have a waitlist we will endeavour to sell your place on. If we are successful and that student pays in full for the training we will refund monies paid to you less an admin fee of £50.

This option is to pay for the training in three instalments of £220. Two other installments will be due with the full payment required by 28 July 2026.
