X Fight Impact - THIS CLASS REQUIRES PARTICIPANTS TO WEAR GLOVES.
X Fight IMPACT is our bag-based, combat-inspired HiiT workout.
X Fight is a high-energy combat and boxing fitness class to Drum & Bass or House music.
We take you through combination katas on the bag, that build up into fun routines.
You are guaranteed a full-body workout that will challenge your fitness and improve your cardio and coordination.
Get your workout clothes on, grab your gloves and join us on the bags.
You will need Lightweight MMA style or full boxing gloves or hand wraps.
If you book on but can no longer make it, please ensure you cancel your space to allow somebody else to use it.

REFUND/CANX POLICY
You are able to manage you own transfer / cancellation up to 12 hours prior to the class start time, via your original booking email. After this time please contact sinfitfitness@gmail.com including your full name and booking ref.
All cancellations and transfers must be done no later than 3 hours prior to the class start time,
after this, your booking will be non-refundable or non-transferable.
You are entitled to a full refund up to 24 hours before the class start time, however we would prefer to transfer bookings instead.
After this period you are allowed to transfer your booking to another class within 2 weeks. Each class can only be transferred a maximum of 2 times, after which your booking becomes non transferable and non refundable.
SinFit Fitness Unlimited Members MUST follow the same transfer and Cancellation policy. Members MUST cancel their spaces in class if they are not intending to use them. Failure to do so will result in a booking suspension being issued.
This policy applies to all bookings.

Use this option to book a Single Class, redeem a session against a Classpass (5 or 10 class) or purchase a classpass. If you have a Classpass or are purchasing a class pass, your single ticket will be free and you will NOT be charged.
