A 45 minute class to welcome the sun rising on the horizon at the beach. We will have a short breathing practice, some physical movements including Sun Salutations and a short relaxation to close.

Please wear enough layers to keep you warm and bring your yoga mat. We will be on a patch of grass in front of the beach so it may be windy.
