✨ A gentle space to pause, soften and reconnect back to yourself through meditation, sound and intentional rest.
These sessions are created to support deep relaxation for the mind, body and nervous system, allowing you to release what may no longer be serving you and reconnect back to your own inner calm and balance.
Through different elements of sound, grounding practices, meditation and nurturing space holding, you are invited to simply slow down, receive and be exactly as you are.
Please bring your mat, blanket, pillow/cushion, water bottle and anything else that brings you comfort.
Eye masks provided.
Plenty of parking available.
✨ Contraindications ✨
Sound healing may not be suitable for those in the first trimester of pregnancy, those with sound-induced epilepsy/seizures, severe mental health conditions experiencing psychosis, or anyone with sensitivity to sound vibrations. If you have any medical concerns, please contact me before booking.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow yourself time to settle into the space before we begin. Doors will open shortly before the session starts.
