My name is Stacey and I live in the Southampton area with my husband, 2 children, dog, cat and rabbit.

I teach yoga to both adults and children locally and host yoga and soundbath events with my husband, who is a sound therapist.

I enjoy being out in nature, walking and cycling with my family and particularly love being by the water, or visiting colorful gardens (Exbury is a real favourite). I also love attending live music events and cooking/eating delicious food. I'm also a keen "reader" of audio books.
