Let's abuse some chairs! In this class you will learn a sensual choreography using a variety of poses and transitions on and around a chair.
Chair is a lovely apparatus that offers a lot of support and allows you to create movement that not only looks amazing but also does not require being a strength and/or flexibility champion.
All levels welcome. No shoes needed. Kneepads advised.
The chairs will be provided.
It's best to wear comfortable clothes that won't restrict your movement BUT feel free to wear whatever makes you feel confident/sexy/empowered :)
