The club will consist of ball mastery skills, Rugby drills, exercises focusing on all aspects of Tag Rugby leading to game based scenarios including, technique, strategy, positional play, defending/attacking, passing/dribbling and working as part of a team.
Children will need to bring spare indoor/outdoor clothing, appropriate footwear and a water bottle to the clubs
