Join us for a 45-minute satsang with Ayesha, a monthly gathering following our Sunday morning Dharma class.
Satsang, meaning "in the company of truth," is a time-honored practice where we come together to explore philosophical and spiritual concepts in a supportive community.
Each session will delve into a philosophical idea aligned with the month's theme, offering an opportunity for reflection, discussion, and deep connection to yogic wisdom. Ayesha will guide the conversation, weaving together teachings, insights, and practices to inspire and enrich your spiritual journey.
No prior experience is needed—just bring an open heart and mind. All are welcome to share in this meaningful tradition of learning and connection.
We are currently studying the Bhagavad Gita. If you would like to read the suggested sections ahead of the session please drop us an email to join the WhatsApp group and to ask for the reading section for this month.
Niveau: All levels
Studio doors open 15 minutes before class. Please try to give yourself five minutes to settle into the space and out of respect to other students in the class please try not to arrive late. If you are late, please knock on the studio window and wait to be let in. I will open the door as soon as I am able.
You do not need a mat for this class.
