Our term-time Pirate Club youth paddlesport sessions run weekly throughout the year, apart from during school holidays when our Holiday Schemes take place.
All Pirate Club sessions are progressive and led by our team of Paddle UK coaches and instructors. From absolute beginners to more experienced paddlers, there's no better way for kids aged 8+ to have safe, adventurous fun, let off steam and learn new skills on the Regent's Canal in the heart of Camden Town!
Our sessions are suitable for all abilities, from absolute beginner to those that are more advanced.
Niveau: Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced
Please remember to bring the following:
For paddling:
Comfortable tops / bottoms (leggings / jogging bottoms / shorts etc.) + t-shirt / fleece / hoodie - ideally no cotton but synthetic layers as this will keep you warmer.
Securely fitting footwear e.g. old trainers / pumps / walking style sandals / wet / beach shoes (no flip-flops or Crocs nor sliders)
A neck strap for glasses (if worn)
Sun cream (in the event of hot weather)
Hat (sunhat or warm hat depending on the weather)
Medication (where required - we provide dry bags for participants to keep any medication with them at all times)
For afterwards:
a packed lunch if you are staying for both the Saturday Sessions.
A complete change of clothes including footwear / underwear
A towel
