What is included?

🔥 Pole Workshops - 14 x 75-minute sessions

🧘 Stretch Workshops - 2 x 60 minute sessions

💫 Strength and Conditioning Workshops - 2 x 60 minute Sessions

🫶 Mountain Bootcamp - 1 x 60 minute session

📷 Two Photo Shoots (6 edited images included) - The two shoots will be in different locations - Mountain and Terrace. Each person is allocated 15 minutes per shoot. Extra images can be purchased via the photographer direct @ £12.50 per image.

With regards to all the other extras and what is included -

📷 Shower Shoot - 10 minute shoot that includes 3 x black and white final edits. £30/pp and payable to Lauren on the day.

🛏️ Shared Chalet Accommodation (rooms suitable for twin/double/triple). We do not ask you to share a double bed!

🍳 Continental breakfast on 7 mornings which include cereals, yogurt, jams, fruit, cheese, baguettes, and croissants. Eggs/hash browns are available to order.

🍰 Freshly made cake or biscuits/fruit kebabs offered daily from 2.45pm with a selection of teas.

🍹 1 x Evening Cocktail - 6 evenings per week (three cocktail options or beer, wine or soft drink )

🍝 6 evening meals ** - Delicious freshly prepared two course evening meal on five evenings. One Pizza evening, served with salad and garlic break (provided by a local pizzeria - https://lamidorevaujany.fr/pizza.php).

All six evening meals include a half bottle of wine per person.

Please see below a sample menu of your 'inhouse' evening meal for an idea of what to expect. Please be assured that vegetarian and vegan options are available each evening and we can adapt menus to suit food intolerances 🙂

🍝 Greek style Lemon Chicken or Falafel with chips/rice served with Tzatziki and Houmas.

🍛 Beef or Veggie burgers served with wedges, coleslaw.
Tiramisu or Chocolate Mousse.

Things to note -

✈️ Flights are not included.

🚌 Transfers are not included but can be booked with us via a bolt on**. Please select at time of booking. These will be £95/return if flying to/from Geneva. Estimated transfer time to the Chalet from Geneva is is two hours 15 mins.

**Please note that for us to provide transfers, you will need to select one of the flight options we suggest. The taxi company will only pick up passengers that are booked on the same flight and we require a minimum of three persons per taxi. We do not make any money on the transfers; in fact, we supplement the cost.

Please note that our French Vacation is for beginner to early advanced levels. If you are unsure if this vacation is for you, please drop us an email and we can discuss your level/abilities.

Booking Details -

If you are booking with your partner, you will need to book two spaces. We can offer you their photoshoot spots (so you will get double time and 12 edits instead of 6). Partners are welcome to join in with anything stretch based, but for pole you do need to have a basic level of experience and the appropriate insurance.

Travel Insurance -

You must be able to prove that you have travel insurance before arriving on retreat with us.

If you do not yet have your travel insurance, please list TBC at the time of booking. Please note that we require this information at least 7 days prior to travel. If you are unsure which insurance to go with, we have listed recommendations in our terms and conditions.

Please note that your insurance MUST cover pole/aerial fitness and winter sports (should you be skiing on our France retreat). Without this, you will not be able participate in pole related activities on your chosen retreat.

Payment -

Deposit = £149pp/non refundable (payable now)

Balance can be paid via the below options -

2 - Eazy Collect - 12-month payment plan via direct debit (please note there is an admin fee of £55).

An email regarding the balance payment setup will be sent to you from our wonderful admin team, once your deposit has been taken and your space confirmed.
