Our Sunday morning classes run for 2 1/2 hours from 10am - 12:30pm during which time the children cook their own lunch which they take home to eat and for the family to taste. We work to a more "traditional" format and cook a starter, main course, dessert and baked item.
The menu is vegetarian and we can accommodate allergies if we know enough in advance.
Week three menu: Quinoa and pomegranate salad, spinach and ricotta cheesecake, lemon posset with shortbread and honeycomb
