Retreat Calm - a wellness day at The Eco Centre Skegness

Welcome to our carefully created wellness day at the beautiful woodland setting of the Eco Centre in Skegness.
Designed to bring you a whole day of wellbeing classes, informative, creative and a day of rest, deep relaxation and complete switch off.
We will be running a variety of classes including;
Soundbath
Meditation
Forest bathing
Creative workshop
Guest teachers
Yoga
Crystal and well-being shop
Areas for rest including large cushions and hammocks in the trees
Complimentary light lunch, drinks and snacks
All equipment is provided too.

The eco centre is a beautiful woodland forest area full of gorgeous pine, birch and other trees, plants and wildlife. It’s a real gem hidden away and we’re so lucky to have the whole site to ourselves.

Our group is maximum of 12 to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and has enough space and time to really relax and get the most from the day.

Please note that our soundbaths are not suitable for those with the following medical conditions;
deep vein thrombosis in the leg or known thrombi.
open wounds.
acute inflammations and tumours.
pacemaker or defibrillator.
Any metallic implant.
post surgery before the sutures have been removed and the scar is not fully healed and closed.
carotid atherosclerosis.
carotid stenosis (prior to application in the area of the carotid artery/larynx)
cardiac pacemakers, artificial heart valves, or cardiac arrhythmias
a stent
a shunt
deep brain stimulation device (DBS)
epilepsy
Pregnant
Screws in the body or artificial joints
inflamed joints and veins
Whiplash
Mental health conditions other than generalised anxiety or depression

The eco centre is a natural woodland area, transformed over years from an old rubbish site.
It’s now home to hundreds of trees, wildlife & flowers.
The ground is natural so please wear sensible footwear.
The site has toilets available. Parking is within the site and at your own risk.
