An aerial class using silks professionally rigged to ceiling for a safe, yet challenging experience. A potential relief for lower back tension.
This class takes place every four weeks and occasionally as a one-off.
Tricks and moves are taught in this class, at a level commensurate to attendees' skills and abilities and within a beginner to intermediate/advanced range.
Drop-in bookings and membership passes can be used to book this class.

Dress comfortably in sports clothes, not too loose-fitting. Bring a bottle of water.
This class is for students aged 16 and over.
Polite Reminder: no refunds or exchanges are possible if cancellations are made less than 48h before the class is due (24h for an online class). If notice of more than 48h (or 24h for an online class) is given, all efforts will be made to find an alternative class within the same month, although finding a replacement class is not guaranteed.
Any refund given for ANY reason (unless due to the studio’s own cancellation) incurs a 5% payment platform cancellation fee.
Children (5 to 12ys) pay the full drop-in fee £14 (or £9 for an online session), and must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Parking is available on site and is free of charge on Saturdays and Sundays.
Please note that on Saturdays, a parking ticket must still be obtained from the on-site machine to comply with the two-hour time limit. The ticket is free but must be clearly displayed, as it indicates the time of arrival.
