Designed for women aged 40+, this welcoming class blends yoga, functional strength training, balance work and restorative relaxation to help you move with confidence and feel stronger from the inside out.
Each session combines mindful movement with resistance training/weights to improve strength, enhance balance and maintain mobility, while also helping to ease everyday aches, reduce stress and restore energy. We finish every class with restorative yoga and deep relaxation, giving your body and mind time to recover and reset.
Whether you're navigating perimenopause, menopause or simply looking to do something new for you; this class offers a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can build strength, improve stability and leave feeling calmer, stronger and more connected to your body.
No previous yoga experience is necessary, and all exercises can be adapted to suit your individual needs and ability.
No need to bring anything apart from some water.

There are 7 weeks to this course this term. This ticket price is for 7 weeks. If you are not able to come, I do not offer refunds however you are very welcome to gift your place to a friend. If I am not able to run the class, you will get a refund for that date.
