The change of seasons is a powerful time for us to reflect, refocus and set our intentions for the months ahead. This year the autumnal equinox occurs on 23rd of September, when earth is perfectly balanced, and day and night are equal. It's a perfect time to recognise and remember how to return to this neutral, balanced state ourselves too.
After the busyness of summer, now is the time to pause and consider how to best recuperate, regenerate, and replenish our energy this autumn. I look forward to welcoming you at the farm to celebrate autumn equinox and prepare ourselves for the season ahead.
Our half day retreat includes an extended yoga masterclass (a grounding Vinyasa style flow with a focus on foundation and the lower chakras), pranayama (breathing practice), meditation and use of essential oils, all in line with the autumn season.
We'll pause with fresh herbal teas and home made treats before setting off on our silent, meditative walk through the Avebury landscape. Please bring your journal if you wish to work with our meditation questions here or feel free to take them with you as journal prompts to use at home. We'll conclude our day with a luxuriously long guided relaxation.
Groups are small, with lots of space and personal attention. No experience is necessary and mats, props and lavender eye pillow are al provided.
