45 Min Sound Bath including:
Crystal bowls

Chimes
and other sound tools.
*This event is suitable for all, especially beginners to mindfulness, however Sound baths are not suitable for anyone in the first trimester of pregnancy, or those with sound induced epilepsy, unmanaged bipolar or psychosis. Please also advise me if you have any of the following: stent, shunt, pacemaker, metal implant or nerve damage.

Yoga mat
Blanket
Water
pillow for comfort
Please wear comfortable clothes to relax in.
If you don't have a yoga mat please let Fiona know so she can bring spares.
