Navigating Menopause

Come and join us for an informative, interactive day on Navigating Menopause led by Ruth Bescoby of Alchemy Aesthetics and Vicky Gray, Women's Holistic Wellness Coach.

WHO ARE WE?
Ruth has been a registered nurse for 24 years and co-owns Alchemy Aesthetics in Borley, near Sudbury. She regularly gives talks on the menopause and has a passion for educating women on this important topic. Ruth has recently taken on the role of facilitator at the 'Let's Talk' menopause support group in Sudbury.

Vicky is a Women's Holistic Wellness Coach with 20 years experience in health and wellness working as an Osteopath and Aromatherapist. She is passionate about helping and supporting women during perimenopause and menopause to feel their best so they can thrive and confidently navigate life with ease.

BRIEF OUTLINE OF EVENTS:
On arrival there will be a welcoming introduction by Vicky and Ruth to the running of the day. This will be followed by a talk by Ruth on the menopause and how it may be affecting you. A chance to discuss your symptoms and to gain a better understanding of why you may be experiencing them.
A brief comfort and tea break will follow and a chance to meet your fellow attendees .
Vicky will then lead a talk on Holistic menopause solutions where you will discover natural ways to support your body and mind.
