Hassle-free Shopping with Children
Session 3 of 5 bite-sized workshops focusing on key parenting challenges during your child's early years.
One of the most difficult times for parents is when their children misbehave in public - those times when children won't do as they are told or really lose their cool. A common time when parents often have to deal with difficulties like this is when they are out shopping. You'll be happy to hear you can make shopping fun and teach your child to behave well on a shopping trip. Let's explore this together!
This 2-hour discussion group can be taken as a stand-alone session or as part of an integrated series. The group will be facilitated by an accredited Triple P practitioner and will include discussion of positive parenting strategies, active skills training, problem solving and developing a personalised parenting plan.
The session will involve following a Powerpoint presentation and a booklet; group discussion will also take place. It is therefore advised you do not bring your child(ren) to assist with maximizing the learning opportunity.
