DISCLAIMER: Carer tickets are free but MUST book tickets. Service user tickets will be charged at a low cost rate. Group tickets of up to 15 will be allowed. If carer tickets become fully booked or you need more tickets in your group booking, please contact us on our email and we will try to accommodate you subject to capacity.
Ages 18+
Please dress according to weather. We advise bringing lightweight sports/comfortable clothing, sunscreen and a hat in the event of very hot weather. Please also bring plenty of water on the day.
The event will be at Ashtons Playing Fields Lower Car Park by the Astro Turf Pitch.
Please check in to register at the site of activities.
Weather Contingency - Please note this event may be cancelled in the case of severe rain. Further details will be sent out a few days before the event to confirm.
