WHAT IS NMR (NO MASKS REQUIRED)?
Our NMR Group is a relaxed, social space for autistic and AuDHD teenage girls (14-19) and those assumed female gender at birth to gather in a small group for activities, friendship, peer and specialist support. We support needs beyond formal diagnostic labels, so teens are welcome with and without any formal identification of needs.
WHERE ARE SESSIONS HELD?
From September 2026, sessions are held in a comfortable and spacious private room at The Voice Studios Media Centre (near Barnstaple Bus Station) - unless off-site activities have been arranged and signed up to separately. The group is facilitated by adults with professional and lived experience.
WHEN ARE SESSIONS?
Weekly, on a Wednesday, 1.00-2.30pm.
(N.B. From September 2026, sessions will be 1.5 hours long, without the optional extended 30 minutes.)
Water and a small snack are on offer, but there is no pressure to eat in the sessions if you’d prefer not to.
Please note: whilst light 1-to-1 support can be provided, this is a group space so it isn't designed for 1-to-1 needs.
