Join myself and Michelle (Michelle Ashcroft Holistics) for our next Jourmey with Sound event at The Bellingham Tennis Club, Wigan on Sunday 3rd August 11am to 2pm

11am-12pm for this event our Reiki Drum Meditation focuses on Abundance
We begin with a reflection practise, breathwork and guided meditation before journeying to receive spiritual abundance, a sense of fulfilment, gratitude and Divine Blessings in all aspects of live .

No experience needs as you are guided throughout the session

12-1pm Light vegetarian lunch 🥗

1-2pm Soundbath with Julie focusing on Appreciation for everyday blessings

Be bathed in the healing vibrations of sound from Tibetan bowls, crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes and other instruments
