This isn't another wellness retreat!!!!

It's a play date for grown-ups who forgot they're allowed to have fun.

Somewhere between growing up, paying bills, chasing goals and looking after everyone else, so many of us stopped doing the things that made us feel most alive.

This day is your permission slip to start again.

To laugh. To create. To play. To reconnect. To remember the version of yourself that existed before life got so serious.

We'll spend the day exploring what brings you joy through nature, creativity, movement, laughter and genuine connection.

🌊 A beautiful woodland sauna and optional cold plunge to finish the day.

🥗 Delicious food, fresh air and plenty of moments that remind you life doesn't always have to be so serious.
