Join Vision Redbridge Culture & Leisure for ZUMBA at Wanstead Festival.
Zumba is a fun and energetic workout that combines Latin and international music with dance steps to create a workout that’s as enjoyable as it is effective. The choreography is designed to be easy to follow, even for those of us with no dance experience.
So come along as we open this year's Wanstead Festival with fun, dance and music!
London Borough of Redbridge have partnered with Vision Redbridge Culture & Leisure and Redbridge Institute of Adult Education to deliver this session as part of their new project: Active Body, Healthy Mind.

Please wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing and bring water to keep hydrated.
Please wear appropriate footwear (trainers, exercise shoes) with grip.
This session is for adults aged 19+.
One of the following ID required on the day of the event.

● National ID Card
● National Insurance Card
● Passport
● Residence Permit
● Utility Bill (in participant’s name)
