Join me for an hour of yoga every Tuesday, 8pm in Celbridge.
This is an hour just for you where we will practice breathwork, mindful movement and deep rest.
This class is a space for you to come back home to yourself, your mind and your body, lots of pauses, lots of time and space to just be.
As a huge lover of rest and restoration, restorative yoga is regularly weaved into this class.
Suitable for beginners and continuers!
Leave feeling fully restored and rested!
Bring yourself, a good yoga mat,blanket and cushion/pillow for relaxation
