This 2-hour workshop will provide you with the ideal opportunity to escape the craziness of life and release and let go of tension.
The session will begin with a short talk about the breath, stress and how we hold tension. Then will move into Vinyasa flow yoga with emphasis on the areas of the body that we often hold tension and different postures and exercises to release.
In the second half of the workshop there will be the opportunity to learn self massage techniques and trigger point therapy. I will apply my knowledge of the body to guide you through the exercises. The workshop will then flow into restorative floor-based yoga postures with massage (for those happy with touch) and end with complete relaxation.
At the end there is tea and cake!
This workshop is designed to be appropriate for all levels, including those new to yoga. All funds raised will go towards Caring at Christmas, a charity helping homelessness in Bristol. Spaces are limited to 12 so book your slot soon.
