To reacquaint yourself with your pulsing heart and your incredible body that allows you to do all that you do. To remember that life is precious and fragile and should be lived in love. To remind yourself that whatever is happening, or wherever you find yourself in your journey, it is all as it is supposed to be” - Walk the Earth

Springing gently forward through Rest and Restoration, we will use this time for constructive rest to rejuvenate your spirit and restore your energy to encourage a gentle awakening into Spring.

This restorative yoga practice is deeply nourishing and extremely gentle, offering you the opportunity to pause, relax, rest and restore.

We will use props to support the body, inviting muscles to completely relax and let go of tension. The practice of restorative yoga stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system which slows the heart rate, regulates blood pressure and relaxes the body. Benefits are reported for anxiety, insomnia, headaches as well as other stress- related conditions.

Super gentle, supported postures are held for several minutes, making this practice accessible to everyone who can get on and off the floor without too much difficulty. We'll get in the pose, make it comfortable, relax into it and just do nothing for a while. We could all benefit from a little "me time" and self care.

Wear something super cozy, like your pj's!!! The bonus to the online evening is there's no need to worry about driving home afterwards, you can just roll into bed.

Props can include, blankets, bolsters, pillows, eye pillows, cushions, blocks, books, the more the better, get creative!
