Join Amera to welcome in the start of 2025 on this soothing Twilight Retreat. You will be guided through a slow mindful yoga flow with moments of stillness in yin yoga.
A sharing dinner of pizza and salads in the hilltop bistro will follow and relaxation as you bathe in the hot tubs under the stars.
The evening will close with a guided fireside reflection meditation and closing circle. This is a perfect opportunity to invite the New Year and restore the mind, body and soul.
All levels of yoga experience welcome.

What to Bring
For Yoga: yoga mat, blanket and comfortable clothes.
(Spare equipment available on request)
For Bathing: clean swimwear, flip-flops, towel, bathrobe/sarong, change of clothes.
Other suggestions: water bottle, book/magazine/journal, and suitable footwear if you wish to go for a nature walk as paths may be wet.
