Escape to beautiful Tarifa in southern Spain for seven nights of Yoga, Tai Chi, Meditation, sunshine, fabulous food, relaxation and a little adventure.
Our retreat is about presence, not performance. Everything is offered as an invitation, with plenty of time to rest, explore and simply enjoy being away from everyday life.
OUR HOME
We’ll be staying in a beautiful private villa in the peaceful hills just outside Tarifa, with gorgeous gardens, a swimming pool and wonderful views towards the coast of Morocco.
YOUR RETREAT
Enjoy daily Yoga, Tai Chi and Meditation, delicious meals, a guided walk, a special Flamenco evening, a relaxing sound/handpan experience and plenty of time to swim, explore or simply rest.
Everything is optional. This is your retreat.
Full retreat information, including your packing list, travel guidance and everything you’ll need to know before we go, will be provided nearer the time.
Please note: Flights are not included in the retreat price and should be booked independently. Recommended flight details will be provided following booking. Airport transfers are included only when travelling on the recommended flights.
