This 2 hour class is perfect for anyone that has a baby or child and wants to learn some basic first aid skills without being overwhelmed with technical information.
The session empowers parents/grandparents and carers and gives you the confidence to act fast in an emergency.
Learn with like-minded people in a relaxed environment. Learning first aid doesn't have to be scary - we aim to take the fear out of first aid for parents.
Babies under 12 months are very welcome to come along too.

Infection control when giving first aid
CPR - baby, child & adult
Recovery positions - baby, child & adult
Choking - baby, child & adult
Meningitis
Anaphylaxis
Burns
Head injuries
Febrile seizures
Broken bones

Bleeding & bandaging

Free parking is available onsite
Please note that this class is planned as a face to face session, however if government restrictions come into place that prevent us from running face to face, this class will be moved to online via Zoom and we will contact you with a link to join the session online from your home instead.
