We’re so excited to have the brilliant Anjali Dance Company joining us for a free workshop for young people 16-25 with learning disabilities in Herefordshire.
You’ll work with the dancers to learn new moves and make your own dance. There’ll also be time to chat and socialise.
Important - one of the people taking part has a severe latex allergy, so please don't bring anything with you that contains latex.

We suggest you wear comfortable clothes you can move in easily, trainers or soft soled shoes (you may also dance barefoot) and a drink.
