Does your dog lose focus the moment their paws hit the pavement—or trail?
If you’ve got an adolescent or adult dog who’s bursting with energy and tough to manage on leash, or just needs a refresher on the basics, this class is for you.
We’ll venture into different Calgary neighbourhoods and green spaces, training in the real world with all its sights, sounds, and surprises. It’s practical, hands-on learning in the great outdoors—because life doesn’t happen in a training hall.

Get Ready to Train! 🐾
Here’s what you’ll need to set you and your dog up for success in class:
Leash: Bring a 6-foot leash—no Flexi/retractable leads, please. We want to keep things safe and connected.
Collar: A Martingale training collar is our go-to for effective communication, but it’s not required.
Treats & Tools: Pack your training treats or lures and poop bags—being prepared makes all the difference.
Clothing: We train outdoors in all kinds of weather, so come dressed for the elements in sturdy footwear and weather-appropriate gear.
We’re here to help you build skills, confidence, and connection—one step at a time. Can’t wait to see you out there!
