In this deeply nourishing time out, there will be some gentle movement (outside if weather permits), a scrumptious cacao (chocolate elixir) blessing, some time to connect in circle, a creative session making a super easy and fun mandala or chakra picture (no artistic skills required), a shared lunch where you are invited to bring along a dish that can be shared, (or just for yourself if you prefer). And of course snuggle down for a deeply healing soundbath.
