After a break away, I am happy to announce that my previously sold out classes are returning to Wakefield!

Glow Baby classes are:

🌟 It is a great place to make friends and find support
🌟 Benefits both mum and babies relaxation
🌟 Combines the benefits of both baby reflexology & massage, to give you the best tools to support your baby.
🌟 Each course includes a whatsapp group so you can keep in touch with the mums in class.
🌟 At the end of each course you will receive a footprint certificate.
🌟 You will always find a hot cup of tea and a chance for a good chat

Glow Baby course are a mix of Baby Massage, Reflexology, Yoga and Tummy Time

🌟 NEW STARTS🌟 Is all about gentle firsts.
Self-care and community, as you ease into life as a new mum. We start with time for mums to get to know each other and gentle massage. In this step you will also be supported with where to start with Tummy Time, The first steps of reflexology that support general wellness and Baby Yoga. You will also get to enjoy our ever so popular Baby Spa session. Relaxing for both mum and baby

🌟 NEXT STEPS🌟 Is all about what do you need as a mum.
To help support your journey and support you child as they embark on a new stage of learning and growing. In this step, i hope to give you the tools you need to support your little one with painful teething, colic, relaxation and sleep, with a perfect mix of reflexology and massage. Each session will have sensory or mindful play, as they learn how to use new skills that your little one is learning everyday.

Step ages are used as a guide

All Glow Baby classes are baby & toddler led, and very relaxed. I am a qualified Relax and Sing Baby Massage teacher, Baby Reflexology Teacher & a Tummy Time Instructor. A lot of research has gone into making sure my classes are going to help you the best that they can, and support your little ones developmental progress.
