Join us in partnership with Renfrewshire Mums On The Run for a family friendly running group.
The aim is to get parents out running and socialise with their little ones. Sometimes we can fall away from our hobbies due to our little people becoming the centre of our world. This groups helps us to keep running but with our kids. Relax with a cuppa and chat afterwards in Station Seven.
Babies over the age of 6 months are able to join in the run as long as they are in a pram that is well supported and they can support their own heads.
The group isn't about breaking PRs, it's about getting out and socialising."
