Sound baths are a safe and relaxing experience which can help us find freedom within the mind and body.

-Cancellations within 48 hours of the event → No refund, but tickets may be transferred to another person ( if appropriate)

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start to ensure you are settled.

Extras if desired:
-Sheepskin/ extra mat/single sleeping bag for extra comfort and padding
-Eye mask
-Journal and Pen
-A crystal or any object you wish to place on the altar
Additional information:
• It is recommended that a large meal is not eaten 2 hours before Cacao & sound baths
• Please avoid Caffeine prior to Cacao & Sound baths
• Please ensure you drink plenty of water or herbal tea for 24-48 hours to flush away toxins that have been released after the Sound bath

Please note, If you wear a hearing aid it is recommended that it is removed or switched off during the sound bath.
