Lecture 5 – The Elements: First Steps in Elemental Magic
• Introduction to the four classical elements (earth, air, fire, water) plus spirit.
• What each element represents in daily life (earth = stability, air = thought, fire = will, water = emotion).
• How to recognize elemental presence in nature and within yourself.
• Very simple ways to honour and connect with each element (touching soil, lighting a candle,
breathing mindfully, sipping water with intention).
