This is a tricks based class in which Jade will teach you some of the combos that have made her classes popular over the years. It may be spinny, it may be static, it may be up the pole, it may be close to the floor… it will be FUN!
Level: Advanced, Intermediate & Inverters
Kneepads essential, heels optional.
Class starts at 1:15pm prompt.
Please do not use lotions or oils on the skin before class as this makes the poles slippery. Please remove all jewellery. Please bring water.
Wear clothing that will make you feel confident, however for safety reasons we ask that clothes are form fitting and appropriate for the class.
