This incredible cavern, aptly named for its soaring, cathedral-like ceiling, was created by the extraction of exquisite green slate. Towering pillars and stunning chambers make for an unforgettable sight.

8.00am - Pick-up - we will be stood waiting outside the National Express coach station on Chorlton Street, Manchester. Roughly 5 min walk from Piccadilly.
9.15am - Service stop for refreshments.
10.15am - We arrive at Elterwater car park to begin our walk.
2:30pm - Finnish the walk
4.00pm - Service stop for refreshments.
5.00pm - Drop-off - Arrive back at Chorlton Street, Manchester for departure. With some great memories!
