Your coach, Tracy Bye, is a BHS Stage 3 Coach who set up her business Rider Symmetry in 2016 to support riders in developing their strength, balance and postural control in the saddle to benefit themselves and their horses. Alongside her coaching work, Tracy is a lecturer and researcher in horse and rider biomechanics and is currently in the final year of her PhD in sports biomechanics at Loughborough University. In these sessions, Tracy applies techniques informed by her own research to aid riders in developing a better understanding of their own posture and balance, which will allow them to self-correct more effectively in the future

EQUINE INFLUENZA UPDATE
We are planning to go ahead with our event but, due to an increase in Equine Influenza in the UK, we will be taking extra precautions.

Please do not attend if your horse appears to be unwell and we would urge owners to regularly check their horse’s temperature. Any horse with a temperature exceeding 38.5 degrees should not travel to the event.

Please bring your horse’s passport/vaccination certificate with you to the event

At the point of booking, you should have declared that your horse is up to date with annual flu vaccinations. The vaccination should have been within the last year of the date of the event and horses should be six days clear of any booster vaccination by the date of the event. Passports/Vaccination Certificates will be checked and any that do not meet these requirements will be turned away and no refund will be given.

All passports should match the horse attending and microchips may be checked.
