Sound Bath at CrossFit Reigate

I will be be holding another Crystal Bowl Sound Bath at CrossFit Reigate in November.

If you've never experienced a sound bath before, think of it as an opportunity to simply pause. You'll be invited to lie down, get comfortable under a blanket, close your eyes and do absolutely nothing. As the crystal singing bowls are played, their soothing vibrations create a calming soundscape that many people find deeply relaxing.
There's nothing you need to do or achieve. No meditation experience is needed. Just come as you are.
People often leave feeling calmer, lighter and more grounded, with a quieter mind and a nervous system that's had the chance to slow down after the demands of training, work and everyday life.
Whether you're looking to support your recovery, manage stress, improve sleep or simply gift yourself over an hour of stillness, this space is for you.
Bring a yoga mat, eye mask, blanket, pillow and a hot water bottle as the evenings are much cooler plus anything that helps you feel warm and comfortable and let yourself rest.

This event sells out every months so book early to avoid disappointment
