This is the very first session at Vibes Studio in Shefford - come and be a part of it!
You'll experience conscious connected (also known as circular) breathwork - this is a group session practised lying down, in this softly lit studio, to an upbeat & dynamic soundtrack (which we mellow out as the session progresses).
We finish with a much-needed meditation, relaxation and refreshments.
