Join us for a special Women’s Circle to celebrate, reconnect, and release. This evening is a space for self-care, deep relaxation, and connection with your feminine energy. Through cacao, sound healing, and a nourishing Happy Hips Yin practice, you’ll be guided to soften, let go, and honor yourself.

✨️ A relaxing sound bath & meditation
✨️ A hip-opening Yin yoga session to release stored tension

We provide yoga mats, props, and blankets, but we want you to feel fully prepared and comfortable for this nourishing half-day retreat. Here’s everything you need to know before you arrive:

🛏️ Optional Extra Blanket or Cozy Layers – For added warmth during the practice.
Dietary Information
The cacao is vegan friendly and made with 100% pure cacao, coconut sugar, plant based coconut milk, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us in advance so we can accommodate your needs.
Arrival Time
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in. This will help us start on time and allow you to ease into the practice.

The event will take place at Breathe Better Yoga located at 3 Michael Street, V94 4X26 (1st floor)
