VUJA DÉ ist ein Retreat für Yoga, Slow Looking und Creative Practice. Eine Woche, in der wir den vertrauten Blick verlassen und die Schönheit im Alltäglichen neu entdecken – durch Bewegung, bewusste Wahrnehmung, Fotografie, Kreativität und Zeit in der Natur.

Das Retreat entfaltet sich durch vier miteinander verbundene Practices: Movement Practice, Seeing Practice, Creative Practice und Integration Practice – und schafft Raum für neue Perspektiven, Inspiration und echte Erholung.
