A supportive and progressive 4-week coached series designed to improve confidence, front crawl technique, and open water skills.
Suitable for:
Requirements: Participants must be able to swim and have a basic front crawl ability.
Limited to 12 swimmers to ensure quality coaching and safety.
You can choose how far you would like to progress or experience. These will be relaxed, yet fun and informative session.

Day of the Week: Wednesday 6:30pm
Dates: 10th, 17th and 24th June, last session is 8th July
Price:
-4 week block booking: £68 (£17 per session)
-Pay as you go: £20
(All options include the lake entry for the coached session).
I have a small supply of wetsuits for hire. Should you need one, please get in touch at info@cgperformancecoach.co.uk before the session to arrange hire.

Car Parking:
Parking is free. Basic toilets and changing areas are available on-site.
On the Day:
Meet at the The Horseshoe Lake, where the ‘Carrine Green Performance Coaching’ feather flag, 5 to 10 minutes before the session starts.
Session Length:
Approx. 45 mins. The duration of the session may vary based on weather and water temperature. If the session needs to be postponed due to poor conditions, I will provide as much notice as possible.
If you are missing any kit or have further questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch, and I’ll assist where possible.
