Gentle, fun class for 2nd and 3rd trimester. Any levels of yoga knowledge welcome. Learn breathing techniques for anxiety and for birthing. I offer hypnobirthing tips and relaxation exercises to help with any kind of birth. Come and meet other mums to be and most importantly relax.

Wear comfy clothes, bring a drink and a yoga mat. My classes are relaxed and friendly, don’t worry if you’re a bit late, we have an informal chat before we start the class. I am unable to refund or transfer your place if you cancel within 24 hours - I am a small biz, every booking is important to me.
