There’s nothing quite like the smell of freshly baked buns at Christmas.
In this workshop, our bakers will guide you through our tried-and-tested brioche recipe, teaching you the techniques to achieve a dough that is soft, rich, and full of flavour. Once your dough is ready, you’ll have the chance to get creative with your fillings, from traditional mincemeat to spiced cinnamon swirls, before finishing them off with a luscious cream cheese icing.
By the end of the class, you’ll leave with a box of beautifully baked festive buns, ready to enjoy with friends and family (or keep as a well-deserved treat for yourself!). This is a workshop full of warmth, indulgence, and the joy of sharing, perfect for bringing an extra touch of sweetness to your Christmas celebrations.
