A 30–45 minute class providing gentle exercise for local mums.
If the idea of exercise feels a bit much right now, this one could be for you. A super relaxed, low-impact, easy-to-follow class at a steady pace. We use a light resistance band to gently build full-body strength, including core & pelvic floor, with both standing and seated options.
Perfect for pregnant mums, brand-new mums (from 2 months after birth), or anyone easing back into exercise a year or so down the postpartum road.
Babies and children (up to 5 yrs) are always welcome – they can be in a sling, pram, carrycot, or playing nearby on our play mat. Feed, cuddle, or settle them whenever needed (it’s fine if they sleep too!).
You’re also welcome to come without your child if that works best for you.
The class offers simple, gentle exercises at your own pace – no experience needed. Take breaks anytime.
Bring water for yourself and any comfort items for your baby.
Term time only.
🔒 This class is for local women and is being supported by Caafi Health. Arabic-speaking support is available.
Booking in advance is preferred, as it helps us prepare, but it isn’t required. You’re always welcome to attend whenever you can.
