This is a super special, indulgent yoga day with a difference.
Our morning is spend in the beautiful yoga studio for a long morning of mixed yoga practices. We will then stop and share a lovely 2 course lunch.
In the afternoon we will get in touch with our senses, exploring the barefoot walking trail and outdoor meditations, and end the day with 3 delicious hours of outdoor spa experience.
This will involve us relaxing in the countryside in our own private outdoor wood fired hot tubs, Finnish Dry Barrel sauna, and cooling down in the plunge pools and cold showers. Or perhaps lounging by a firepit in a deck check as your read or snooze!
And don't forget you get a cheeky glass of prosecco/G&T/fresh juice as you relax.

Space for one person. Please speak to me before booking if you are pregnant or have any other conditions that could be affected by being in a hot tub or sauna. T&C's: Cancellation 30 days or beforehand refund less £15 admin fee. Cancellation 29 days - 16 days beforehand 50% refund. Cancellation 15 days or less before event - no refund or transfer (someone can be sent in your place).
