Join myself and Belle @the_saltiyogi every Wednesday evening through September for Yoga and Soundbath in the beautiful Tipi at Abersoch garden centre
Belle will guide you to meditate and move through a gentle yet rejuvenating yoga practise. Suitable for all ages and abilities, from beginners to seasoned yogis. Belle will take you on a journey to fully reset your mind, body and soul, through Hatha and Vinyasa practises. Incorporating movement, meditation and breathwork, before settling into your mat to begin your sound bath.
A Soundbath is a beautiful way to unwind at the end of the day. Various sounds are created using different instruments with the intention and purpose of helping the body to release stress and tension. The sound carries you into a deep meditative state and relaxation. Bringing balance and peace to the body, mind, and soul.

Please arrive 5 minutes before to set up and arrive into the space.
Wear loose clothing you can move freely in, bring yoga mats, cushions, blankets, and whatever else you feel you need to get comfortable and enjoy a relaxing hour in sound.
Some health conditions are contraindications for sound baths. These are pregnancy 1st and 3rd trimester, epilepsy, pacemakers, and metal implants. If you have any health concerns, please contact Laura on 07485095715.
