Celebrate the gradual emergence of Spring and the arrival of the lighter days in this spring awakening yoga class. Cat will guide you through a gentle yoga practice, focusing on connecting with the energy of growth and renewal.
We will think about the transition from winter, ignite our energy for spring and awaken our bodies and minds to the new season.
The practice will be followed by a guided meditation and the enchanting tones of the crystal sound bowls and chimes, whilst you relax in savasana.
Cat’s aim is for you to leave feeling blissful and rejuvenated!
Wear something comfy and easy to move in - sports wear or t-shirt and leggings or joggers are fine. We work with bare feet.
The studio is fully equipped but you are welcome to bring your own mats and other "props".
You may like to bring a head pillow and throw or blanket for relaxation and a bottle of water.
